Super Round Separator –As a continuous process in development  Nishi Techno-sys under gone through detail experience of Conventional Vibro Screens users and Super Round Separator is addition version in conventional Vibro-Screen /Gyro Screen Vibrating Screens by value added extra features. these features gives long lasting life ,excellent aesthetical look for the Vibro Screen / Gyro Screen and due to sturdy design it improves performance of Vibro Screens/ Gyro Screens, which also helps to screen very fine material as well as improves capacity of production.

We provides our Super Round Separators from 450 mm ( Lab Screening Model ) to 1800mm with up to 400 mesh size ,our Super round separator can give 5 Vibro separations at a time. We design this Separators in SS304/SS316/SS316L and M.S. Contact parts.

Cross Flow Separator – Principally this equipment is some how similar to Super Round Separator ,but advantages are more compare to Vibro Screen /Gyro Screens and Vibratory Screen due compatibility design of Cross Flow Separator .Process material travels in same direction passing flow through Mesh from charging point to discharge point ,in this equipment vibratory Motor is mounted on one side or either side of CROSS FLOW SEPARTOR ,top screening structure mounted on special designed Cross section springs similar to vibro screen and out let of screened material can passing flow through bottom out let spout at the centre

Advantage of Cross Flow Separator is directly charge screened material on Belt Conveyor / storage Tank / Finish products Drum ,you can mount this separator directly on hopper

Capacity points of view advantage is gives 20-40% extra capacity than conventional Vibro Screen or Vibrating Screens ( depend upon mesh Size)

Ultra Screening Separator – This equipment is running on two types of vibration to the machine 1) Mechanical vibration which creates on machine 2) Ultra Vibration ( micro vibration frequency ) created by electrical transducers  ,due to this duel effect of vibration Fine process material is not clogging the holes and result is fast screening of fine materials. This equipments needs control panel to operate Ultra screening separator. It is useful in Pharmaceutical ,Electrical ,Chemical ,dyes ,food ,speciality chemicals ,mica powder ,Guar Gum industries
